During the construction of the second gate chamber in Trier (construction time: November 2015 - September 2017) the HOCHTIEF company realises a concrete construction of approximately 50.000m³, of which approximately 20.000m³ were made of LP- concrete, and approximately 7.000m³ C20/25 were made of underwater concrete.
Our company was assigned by HOCHTIEF to perform the self monitoring according to TV-W. In detail we were responsible for maintaining and monitoring of the respective concrete work journals, and for testing of splitting tensile strength and compressive strength usning concrete test cubes
